Government Bureaucracy, Transactional Impediments, and Entrepreneurial Intentions

En los entornos donde están siempre presentes las disimetrías de la información y condiciones cambiantes del mercado, aún no se ha evaluado el discernimiento entre los distintos factores contextuales a nivel macroscópico que estimulan o inhiben la actividad empresarial. Basándonos en nuestros datos primarios (N = 1473 en 10 países) así como en datos secundarios (Foro Económico del Banco Mundial, Datos Financieros Globales y Transparencia Internacional), investigamos la función que desempeñan varios índices contextuales (por ej., la percepción de una cultura empresarial) e índices a nivel macroscópico (por ej., corrupción gubernamental, PIB per capita y facilidad de comerciar) respecto a las intenciones empresariales. Los resultados revelan el impacto que causa la corrupción gubernamental y los impedimentos transaccionales concomitantes sobre el grado de interés empresarial en todos los países.
