Knowledge Accumulation in Family Firms

Evidence from Four Case Studies

Das Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist, einen Beitrag zum Verständnis über die Möglichkeiten der Wissenskumulation in Familienunternehmen zu leisten. Vier Familienbetriebe in der Schweiz und Italien waren Teil dieser Untersuchung. Existierende Literatur und die analysierten Fallstudien führten zur Entwicklung eines Wissensmodells, das die für die Wissenskumulation verantwortlichen Faktoren darstellt, die als ein "Wegbereiter für Langlebigkeit" in Familienunternehmen fungieren. Die Beziehungen, die in diesem Modell dargestellt werden, können von Forschern als Hypothesen und Verschläge für weitere Untersuchungen gelesen werden, und von Managern als mögliche benötigte Faktoren für die Wissenskumulation, um über Generationen hinweg erfolgreich zu bleiben.
